This course on exercise for fitness enables the learner to set goals, monitor one’s participation in aerobic and muscle- and bone-strengthening activities and constantly evaluate how well one has integrated this into one’s personal lifestyle.
This course will be an introduction to the study of cells, cellular organelles, and an array of processes that take place within the smallest unit of life, the cell. It is important that you understand the dynamics of cell structure and mechanisms occurring within cells.
The course introduces students to basic concepts, subjects, and methods of inquiry in the disciplines that comprise the Social Sciences. It then discusses influential thinkers and ideas in these disciplines, and relates these ideas to the Philippine setting and current global trends.
The course aims to develop practical and creative skills in reading and writing; introduce students to the fundamental techniques of writing fiction, poetry, and drama.
Each class will be devoted to the examination of techniques and to the workshop of students’ drafts toward the enrichment of their manuscripts. Students learn how to combine inspiration and revision, and to develop a sense of form.

This course is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and desirable attitudes of an individual in the field of Automotive Servicing National Certificate level I (NC I). The student is expected to demonstrate and perform core competencies in applying maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the Automotive Services.
This is an introductory course that leads to a Computer Systems Servicing National Certificate Level II (NC II). The learner will demonstrate the different core competencies specifically on understanding the basic function of the Computer and the Basic Input / Output System.
This learning area is designed to provide a general background for the understanding of the Earth on a planetary scale. It presents the history of the Earth through geologic time. It discusses the Earth’s structure and composition, the processes that occur beneath and on the Earth’s surface, as well as issues, concerns, and problems pertaining to Earth’s resources.
This subject involves conic sections, systems of nonlinear equations, series and mathematical induction, circular and trigonometric functions, trigonometric identities, and polar coordinate systems, and the students are expected to apply and solve problems involving the contents of this course.
At the end of the course, the students must know how to solve problems involving rational, exponential and logarithm functions; to solve business-related problems; and to apply logic to real-life situations.
